The history of the Adam Puchta Winery begins back in the 1840’s when John Henry Puchta purchased the land and 40 adjoining acres in Hermann Missouri. Bias Vineyards and Winery is a small family-owned winery with a limited production in Hermann Missouri. Our wines are produced from our own vineyards, located 600 ft. from the winery. This allows us to harvest and promptly crush the grapes the moment they reach their peak of ripeness. Our mission is to preserve the local heritage and culture and to promote the arts. We recently completed the Rotunda Restoration Project and have begun a Cemetery Restoration Project. Built in 1864 as an agricultural exhibition hall, today the Rotunda stands ready for use for virtually any respectful purpose, including agricultural exhibitions.
