Established in 2005, the Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer Fund is a fund of The Community Foundation of the Hermann Area, Inc. It is a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt, non-profit entity under the IRS code, which is conveyed to us as an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Hermann Food Pantry
The Hermann Community Food Pantry serves the residents of the Gasconade County R-I School District. The Food Pantry is operated 100% by community donations. No salaries are paid to staff members, all workers and board members are volunteers. The Hermann Jaycees is a non-for-profit organization in Hermann Missouri responsible for coordinating and funding such community events as: the Hermann Jaycees Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday with Santa, and the annual Maifest carnival rides. Hermann Missouri was founded because of the location, beauty and resemblance to the German countryside. “German in every particular” was the mission. Since Hermann was founded by Germans their heritage continued on in this beautiful town. One heritage passed down was celebrations throughout the year.
