The history of the Adam Puchta Winery begins back in the 1840’s when John Henry Puchta purchased the land and 40 adjoining acres in Hermann Missouri. Bias Winery
Bias Vineyards and Winery is a small family-owned winery with a limited production in Hermann Missouri. Our wines are produced from our own vineyards, located 600 ft. from the winery. This allows us to harvest and promptly crush the grapes the moment they reach their peak of ripeness.
