Bias Vineyards and Winery is a small family-owned winery with a limited production in Hermann Missouri. Our wines are produced from our own vineyards, located 600 ft. from the winery. This allows us to harvest and promptly crush the grapes the moment they reach their peak of ripeness. The Clara Eitmann Messmer Amphitheatre was dedicated Monday, May 31, 2006, in Hermann Missouri located on Gutenberg Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets.
