Perched high on a hilltop overlooking Hermann, Edelweiss B&B welcomes guests with true Hermann Missouri hospitality. The south wing of the house, which was completely renovated in 2012, has two lovely guest suites with luxurious private baths.
You’ll enjoy a hearty, homemade breakfast of eggs, local sausage from the Hermann Wurst Haus, bacon, pancakes or French toast, and fresh fruit in season. They offer luxurious private bathrooms with large showers and an in-room mini-fridge in their newly decorated bedrooms.
Be sure to make use of the large living room, which has sweeping views of Hermann and a large stone fireplace, private entrances and a large patio and fire pit—great for morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day.
Edelweiss was built in 1967 by St. Louis baseball great Ken Boyer, who loved Hermann and made his home here for several years. If these walls could talk, locals who remember Boyer say they’d have some great stories to tell.
