Bias Winery
Bias Vineyards and Winery is a small family-owned winery with a limited production in Hermann Missouri. Our wines are produced from our own vineyards, located 600 ft. from the winery. This allows us to harvest and promptly crush the grapes the moment they reach their peak of ripeness. Bias Winery – Hermann Chocolate Wine Trail 2014
Decadent Chocolate Truffle Cookie. It just makes your mouth water reading it, I bet. Bias Winery, outside Hermann Missouri did a wonderful job with their chocolate dessert this year. Their Chocolate Truffle Cookie was paired with Raspberry Weisser Flieder. Luckily, visitors were given two cookies.
